About this course
The ISO 28000 Transition training course enables participants to thoroughly understand the differences between ISO 28000:2007 and ISO 28000:2022 and to acquire knowledge of the new concepts, requirements, and recommendations introduced by the 2022 edition. Published in March 2022, the latest edition of ISO 28000 follows the harmonized ISO structure, where the requirements for the security management system (SeMS) are outlined in clauses 4 to 10, facilitating integration with other ISO management systems. The title of the standard also changed to “Security and resilience — Security management systems — Requirements”, emphasizing that ISO 28000 applies to all organizations, not only those in the supply chain. After attending the training course you can take the exam and apply for the “PECB Certified ISO 28000 Transition” credential.
